Hi, I'm Nico. I'm a master of the art of resume writing, layout design, and personal branding. Since 2012, I've helped over 1,200 clients score interviews and land dream jobs with my unique and deeply strategic approach.

From data and logic to wisdom and magic ✨
For most of my life, I was strictly science and data-driven. And my degrees in psychology, organizational behavior, and program evaluation reinforced this mindset.
Then, in 2017, I discovered Mike Dooley’s “Leveraging the Universe” and the power of 'thoughts become things.'
Skeptical at first, I delved into this new realm and found tons of science and data to support it.
I realized there was more to life than just what I could see and touch.
I stopped reacting to life and started thinking it into existence.
From an unfulfilled VA to living life by design
I went from working as an unfulfilled virtual assistant, scraping by financially and working way too hard, to a successful resume writer, designer, and brand strategist. I experienced a 5x income growth, living a life by design.
I discovered that I could use my natural skills and talents to make a positive impact in the world and constantly transform and grow.
I developed my own rules and guidelines for resume writing, and the results speak for themselves.
But I don't stop at resumes. I have a natural gift for communicating and presenting complex information in a way that's clear and aesthetically pleasing (which is likely why UX peeps and I find our ways into each other’s arms 🤗).
This creative journey wasn't just confined to my professional life; it mirrored my personal exploration, a nomadic adventure that led me to a place I now call home.
A nomadic journey to Rhode Island - finding home
For over a decade and a half, I lived the life of a nomad, moving through 4 states and 10 cities, driven by a restless spirit and a thirst for adventure.
From the breathtaking vistas of my many drives up and down California's Pacific Coast Highway to the mystical and otherworldly landscapes of Iceland, I explored and embraced the world in all its diversity.
But amidst all the wanderlust, I found a calling in helping others find their path, their voice, and their dream jobs.
My journey led me to beautiful Riverside, Rhode Island, a sleepy beach town just 10 minutes south of Providence. Here, I've settled down, but the spirit of exploration continues to fuel my work.
